This skirt has four tiers of patches all coordinated with white eyelet patch, a solid patch and a print patch ( that we choose) that coordinates.  The bottom is finished with a solid ruffle and 2 1/2 eyelet lace.  This skirt has a two-inch waistband and a sash to tie a bow in the back.
